We may collect your personal information as explained in this Policy, for the purposes mentioned under "Why We Process Personal Information" section below.
You are not required to provide the personal information that we have requested. Howevevr, if you choose not to do so, in many cases Voidu will not be able to provide you with services and facilities offered in Voidu Platform or respond to any queries you may have. Therefore, you accept that, if you refuse to provide your personal information required for Voidu to fulfil any of its obligations to you under the User Agreement or any other related agreement, Voidu cannot be held responsible for failure to fulfil such obligation.
"Personal information", is any data that relates to an identified or identifiable Voidu Platform user who is a natural person. Data that does not enable to identify a specific person is not considered as personal information (e.g., anonymous information, or personal data rendered anonymous).
Personal information may be collected from you and devices you use, when you;
(i) use Voidu Platform,
(ii) register for a Voidu user account,
(iii) update or add information to your account,
(iv) participate in community discussions, chats or dispute resolution,
(v) make an information publicly available, and
(vi) otherwise correspond with us/our contractors.
Some examples for the types of personal information Voidu may collect and for methods of collection are given below.
(i) Information collected when you register for a Voidu user account: In order to open a Voidu user account or use services offered in Voidu Platform, you may be asked to provide your name and surname, birth date, ID number, address, email address and mobile phone numbers. We may also ask you to choose security questions to answer (e.g., your best friend’s name) when you have forgotten password of your user account.
(ii) Information collected when you use Voidu Platform: When you use Voidu Platform, we may collect information regarding the preferred payment methods (e.g., credit card, debit card or bank wire); payment institutions (the institution through which the payment is made and its branch); purchased goods and services; payment amount; and dates and frequency of transactions. We may also demand further information for identification or confirmation purposes, in order to enforce User Agreement, secure our system and comply with our/our contractor’s obligations under law.
(iii) Information collected when you use a device: When you use Voidu Platform through any device, we may collect the internet protocol (IP) address, and other information about the computer or device you use to access Voidu Platform (e.g. device ID, unique identifier, device type, ID for advertising, unique device token, statistics on your page views, traffic, referral URL, your browsing history, your web log information, and geo-location data.)
(v) Information from other sources: We may also collect information that you (1) provide to Voidu, its parent or affiliate companies, or its contractors; or (2) make publically available through any method.
We may collect, acquire, record, organize, store, adapt, alter, use, disclose, transfer, align, categorize, and combine your personal information for the following purposes:
(i) to provide, improve and customize services through Voidu Platform;
(ii) to take purchase orders, receive or verify payments, or deliver the products through Voidu Platform;
(iii) to notify you any change in our terms, conditions and policies, including this Policy and User Agreement, and send other notices to you, pertaining to your relation with Voidu;
(iv) to create, develop and improve our advertising and promotion;
(v) to deliver commercial electronic messages to you (purposes of the commercial electronic messages and how to decline them are explained under “Commercial Electronic Messages” section below);
(viii) to verify your account, mobile phone number or identity;
(ix) to determine appropriate services for you;
(x) for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis and research;
(xi) to respond your queries, requests or claims, in order to provide efficient consumer services;
(xii) to update, or troubleshoot problems with, your account,
(xiii) to resolve a dispute/problem, or to collect monies owed;
(xiv) to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires; and
(xv) to administer programs such as sweepstakes, contests, or promotions in which you participated.
We do not transfer your personal information to third parties without your prior consent, except as permitted under applicable law or this Policy. We may transfer your personal information to:
(i) Voidu’s subcontractors, sellers and payment institutions for the purpose of facilitating the offering of products or services through Voidu Platform or making payments, provided that they will not use your personal information for any other person and will not share it with any third person.;
(ii) administrative bodies and other persons or institutions that are entitled, by applicable law, to request your personal information; and
(iii) Voidu’s parent and affiliate companies.
We will not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing and advertising purposes without your consent.
We may process and retain your personal information on our servers located inside or outside Turkey. In any event, Voidu is committed to provide appropriate protection for your personal information, regardless of where the data resides.
You have the following rights pertaining to your personal information:
(a) the right to learn whether your personal information is processed or not, and, if processed, the right to request information about such processing;
(b) the right to learn about the purposes of the processing, and whether your personal information is used for that purpose or not;
(c) the right to know third parties (both in and outside of Turkey) to whom your personal information is transferred;
(d) the right to request rectification of the personal information which is incomplete or inaccurate;
(e) the right to request erasure or destruction of your personal information as prescribed in Article 7 of Law No: 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data;
(f) the right to request third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, to be informed of the actions taken upon the exercise of the rights stipulated under above paragraphs (d) and (e);
(g) the right to object personal data analyses conducted by solely automated systems, which produce an adverse legal effect concerning you; and
(h) the right to claim compensation for your damages occurred due to unlawful processing of your personal information.
Please be aware that where we have reasonable doubts concerning your identity, we may request additional information in order to confirm your identity, before we take any action upon any of your requests mentioned above. In addition, we may decline to process requests that jeopardize the privacy of others, or for which access is not otherwise required by applicable law.

We may also collect data that cannot, on its own, be used to identify any specific individual. We may acquire, collect, record, organize, store, adapt, alter, use, disclose, transfer, align, combine and otherwise process non-personal information for any purpose.
In the event that non-personal information is combined with personal information, the combined information will be treated as personal information as long as it remains combined.
When you interact with Voidu Platform or its messages or advertisements, Voidu and/or its authorized service providers may place small data files on your computer or other devices in order to store data in your browser/device and collect information for the purposes outlined below.
These data files may be cookies, pixel tags, flash cookies, web beacons and other similar technologies for storing information. We may use the terms “cookies” and “technologies” together or interchangeably in this Policy to refer to all technologies that we may use.
These technologies help us to
(i) identify users;
(ii) better understand user behaviour;
(iii) see which parts of website people have visited;
(iv) facilitate and measure the effectiveness of Voidu Platform, advertisements and promotions;
(v) operate and improve Voidu Platform; and
(vi) promote safety of Voidu Platform.
There are different types of cookies. If classified by lifespan, a cookie is either:
(i) a session cookie which is erased when the user closes the browser; or
(ii) a permanent cookie which remains on the user's computer/device for a pre-defined period of time.
If classified by the domain to which cookie belongs, there are either:
(i) first-party cookies which are set by the visited website; or
(ii) third-party cookies which are set by a domain which is different than the visited website’s domain.
(iv) Advertising purposes: We may use first-party or third-party cookies and similar technologies to deliver content, including advertisements relevant to your interests, on Voidu Platform or on third party sites. Some examples of technologies used for advertising purposes are technologies that measure effectiveness of advertisements, help us understand the content that has been delivered to you (such as, whether you have clicked on an advertisement), and control the number of times you see a given advertisement.
Most browsers support cookies, but users can set their browsers to decline them and can delete them whenever they like. You may decline or delete cookies by changing your preferences in your browser. Settings for each browser may differ, therefore we advise you to check with your provider to find out how to disable cookies.
Please be aware that certain features of Voidu Platform will not be available once cookies are disabled.
We may use authorized service providers that help us with operation and promotion of Voidu Platform. These service providers may also place cookies and similar technologies on your computer/device (third party cookies) and collect information that helps them identify your device, such as IP address or other unique or device identifiers.
Voidu Platform may contain links to third-party websites, goods and services, which are governed by their own privacy policies or notices. Please be aware that these websites operate independently from Voidu, and Voidu is not responsible for their operations and practises. We advise you to learn about privacy practices of the linked websites that you visit.

Such communications will be examined and replied within reasonable time.
(i) for the delivery of services though Voidu Platform;
(ii) for the fulfilment of our obligations under law or agreements;
(iii) for reminding/informing you of your obligations under law, or our terms, conditions and policies including this Policy and User Agreement;
(iv) for the delivery of notices and notifications under law, or our terms, conditions and policies, including this Policy and User Agreement;
(v) to reply your queries;
(vi) for advertising and promotion purposes;
(vii) for celebration of certain events or days; and
(viii) for keeping you posted about events.
If you do not want to receive commercial electronic messages listed in (vi), (vii) and (viii) above, you can opt out anytime by updating your preferences in your Voidu Platform user account or by following the directions provided within the applicable electronic message, if sent.
In the event you choose to opt out by using either of the above methods, Voidu will cease to send you commercial electronic messages in 3 (three) business days, upon receipt of your request to opt out.
